I haven't
tried twisting
myself in headstand.
(yet!)
So i did my
classic headstand
at the beach.
It was my first
time ever
doing it with wind.
What
a distraction
i lost my balance,
and
disengaged myself.
Ending up falling
from the
pose
and hit the sand!
Never fell from a
headstand before
so it was weird. . .
oh well always
a first
for everything
